What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

A bench and dumbbells with the adjustable weight is all you need. I think bow flex makes them. Awesome. Then throw in the body weight exercises and all is well. Doesn’t take up space either. Instead of a full workout, I just do a couple sets of whatever in between work calls, emails, etc.

That’s what I’ve been trying to do. Grab a handful of chips or do some dips. Chips are winning quite a bit. Man I wouldn’t even eat that shit ever a month ago. Today I woke up and beat feet to Target because we were out. We were out of chips.

Instead of chips, I’ve been reaching for Japanese whiskey. My wife of all people likes it so we sit, drink, and stare at the ceiling.

the trick to snack is to leave the pack in the fridge, I have chips, peanuts, cookies, all open in the fridge and freezer, I walk there grab a handful, and walk back to my spot and snack slowly one piece at a time, personally I half the peanuts, or take multiple bite on one chip.

just another theory of mine, but this time it is backed by 28-29 size pants at age 42

I used to drink a veritable river of whiskey but I haven't had any alcohol for 6 years. I have never had a taste for snacks or sodas, nor do I have any snacks in the house. I just eat lunch and dinner and in between black coffee.

You’ve had some very nice jackets so far but this one is my all time favourite of your ever changing collection.:)
Sometimes I wish your jackets were my size, but then I think on the money I’ve saved and chill out. :D
Thanks much! Maybe it's time to show your Vanson gambler?
This one is special, softened fairly quickly really feel like a second skin.

I found a spreadsheet a few years ago that is great for doing your bodyweight training with a system.
The principle is very simple.
There are always 7 sets to do.
60 seconds break between sets.
If all 7 sets could be done cleanly and without stopping, go to the next line the next day.

Unfortunately it happens to me that I sometimes have to repeat a line 15 times before I get any further.
According to this table, I only do pull-ups and push-ups. I do a few squats and condition training without this spreadsheet.
The best thing is that it takes me max. 25 minutes and I find this time almost always. Excuses are difficult, with so little time investment.
In case someone is interested, I'll attach the excel.

The amount of money I started saving by not buying snacks and sweet food is crazy. My chant when at the store is would I eat it for lunch. If the answer is no, I'm not buying it. You'll save up enough for a Japanese leather jacket by the end of the year!

Same as @Seb Lucas , I only have lunch, rarely dinner and coffee in between.

I eat 2x a day mostly, early lunch and early dinner, in the morning I rarely eat, just dunking biscuit into my coffee or oat/ cereal instant drink.
I drink many mugs of coffee in between, but I put powder creamer and brown sugar into it.

I need my carbs in the morning or I'm sleepwalking as if sucked out of energy. As for working out, I've never bulked much. I have been doing push ups and pull ups and one leg squats as only form of workout for years. If anything I am in better shape than ever as I spend more time at home and more often walk up to the push ups bar and get in a set or two.

My isolation goal has been to become the fastest woman to row 2000 meters.
The world record is 6:22, a couple months ago i was stuck around 6:50, after a month of almost daily training i have it down to 6:28, 6 seconds slower!
All i've been doing is row a minimum of 20 min everyday and do pullups, pushups, squats and situps, no isolation weight gains as of yet.

I would try to beat the men's world record but that is just completely out of range for me right now, 5:35!
