Typical LW 4oz+ HH. I was making a joke about the deer I hit with the bike last year.

Haha, yessir, that is the one. It really is amazing how well the hide did during the slide. It was a short one but the road was not close to being smooth.

I agree the fit looks spot on and that sleeve length was OK for me with certain vintage stuff. The nice thing about sleeve length, at least for me... there is a tolerance zone.

The Vanson model J arrived today, the one I had no intention or business putting an offer on. Initial reaction after 30 minutes of ownership is D@mn, the competition weight is everything that everyone hyped it up to be. This beast fights in the heavyweight division coming in at 9.5 lbs. I suspect it can defeat all contenders in that department. It’s heavy, the heaviest leather jacket I have held. Big *** Vanson branded zipper works flawless, leather has a beautiful grain and most importantly it fits me just right. Fit and finish are top notch, this is after all the first and only Vanson I have gotten my hands on and so far very pleased. Pictures never do our jackets any justice but here are a few.
