After having added on a few kgs I think a size 40 would be better for me across the chest/shoulders.
It still works on me but feels a bit constricted especially when I add on a sweater.

Posting for reference: I would buy from Akcoco again. Bought the jacket and it had one or two undisclosed issues. I believe Akcoco legitimately didn't notice them. Regardless he offered a partial refund for repairs, or a return with full refund if preferred. He's a quality seller and you can safely buy from him.
