Ah thanks Marc! Yeah this is the exact design, no doubt, I'd assume it has a sunburst back pattern as well. I wish the RL had that side handwarmer in the D pocket as well, is the only thing I'd change. What a beauty

This D pocket is a Ralphs-Pugh style of pocket. Very nice reproduction. RL does some very interesting redos. This one is most interesting.

This jacket is pretty special to me. My Grandpa was a carrier pilot in the Canadian Navy, and wore this jacket as a young flyer. Then my old man wore it tearing around southern England on his motorcycle in the late 60's, and I've done the same on both coasts of this country. Today was just about walking to the Optometrist's office, but I felt pretty cool doing in!
