Is this a recent addition? One of my favorite jackets and hide. Love mine. The red wool lining is awesome. As are the top of sleeve zips.

Thank you! Yeah the sleeves are more than adequate on this one. They’re actually plenty long on the other one too, but the zipper determines whether they go all the way to the knuckles or stop at the wrist which is cool.

personally I would prefer the size below, but the viewers are not the wearers...

I couldn’t stop wondering how the next size up would fit by comparison so I had to do a side by side. And I was hoping there would be an immediate winner but both are great and now I’m just very conflicted haha

10/10. While I do believe you pull off the smaller one like a Rockstar, this is exactly the fit I would be aiming for.

Thanks man yeah the smaller one feels like it was tailored to my frame but I really like the slightly oversized fit on this one. I’ll end up keeping one and listing the other in the classifieds

Pike Brothers 1943 Deck Hook Jacket. Ribs are a navy blue but don't really show here. Hooks look nice but aren't great and sometimes open. Really nice jungle cloth and 100% wool inner though.

So many awesome jackets coming in this week! Yesterday I picked up this Vanson Cheyenne coming from @Al 916 and it sailed right to the top of my list. I’ve always been overwhelmed with Vanson, and this is my fourth jacket from them. This one’s got the regular Vanson pattern magic where it looks great with a T-shirt and feels like it’s hugging your body and at the same time there’s room for a chunky sweater. I don’t know how they do it, but I love it.

The jacket has been manufactured and delivered from Scotland to Germany within 4 weeks - the AERO customerservice was very helpful with the alterations i wanted on the jacket ...
