I love that piece! That color is crazy beautiful and the rivets and slit pockets are just great! Does it have a round or a straight lower end?

It’s had a bit of a journey. Started out very long:

Then I cut it blunt and riveted the ends:

And cut and riveted a shirt tail hem after that, traced off a shirt. I like the “untuck it” length.

G1 Repro from flightjackets.com. I bought this cheap like new locally from a gentlemen 3 years ago then immediately gave it to my son who hung it in his closet and never wore it. (He is a pilot so I though he may like it)He gave it back to me yesterday and I'm glad he did because I really like it. The fit is trim but comfortable and the goatskin is very nice. I plan on giving this some wear. A pretty nice quality jacket imo made with good materials.

And a nice gesture to grace your fellow veterans from the Army with wearing one of their flight jackets (saying that coming from a country who´s greates mitlitary achievement of this centrury is equipping the armed forces with screwdrivers so they can disassemble the assault *****s faster and throw the pieces at the enemy as a last resort defence...)
