Help my schott 519 has this. Is it mold or what

Does not look like mold to me.. Hard to tell, but almost looks like regular dirt. Does it flake off (dry) or is it stubborn to remove?

You could always just assume it is and dab 50/50 vinegar and water on it after cleaning.

Now after looking carefully. I think it got damaged due to scratch on rough surface. It flakes off and it is dry

It looks like you rubbed it on something abrasive, and it scratched the surface.

Just use a little saddle soap or leather cleaner. Nothing to worry about.
