New & Unworn BUCO DETACHABLE MOUTON COLLAR Size 42 with Box

Some information from the RMCs website:

The Detachable Collar was produced by Buco in 1949, that was sold separately from the jackets. Examining the original vintage collar, it was probably made to be attached to the models such as the J-22, J-24, and J-24L; all models that featured press-button studs on the collar.
The mouton on our collars are dyed separately from root to tip, and once bleached, the colour is then added to recreate the hues found in vintage mouton.
This removable collar is created to be worn with the 2021FW (BJ21101) model only. It can be attached to current J- 24 (BJ9111,BJ19003) but will not fit perfectly. The removable collar is NOT COMPATIBLE with the J-24L (BJ18102).

thank you! And apologies I got confused a bit with your last comment. The OG says it would fit the new fit and your last comment says it would fit a new fit but in size 40. So, is the collar for the old fit?

Sorry for the confusion. It fits both - size 42 and 40 new fit. The collar is size 42 and accordingly meant to be worn on a new fit size 42. As I bought a size 40 new fit some days ago, I had the chance to put the collar on it and it fits properly as well.
