Purchased off the Lounge worn once.
It was too tight a fit so I had the lining removed professionally, which I will include with jacket purchase.

It’s not zip in or out, is it? Or do you mean it would need to be sewn back in?
That lining was a permanent lining (not a zip-in) that was removed. The same way you might remove an old lining that was worn or ripped in order to re-line a jacket with a new liner. I don't know if the original included liner could be used to re-line the jacket, or if your tailor would want to start from scratch. Either way, it is possible to get this jacket re-lined. It's not a small or cheap job, but it's not massive either... re-lining is done all the time.
