Did you ask Aero first? I love JL, just curious because Aero has more CXL than anyone and usually cheaper.
Ok so story time this was my first aero I have about 5 and two vest from them never had an issue with them minus the first time this jacket came in new and it was beautiful I was blown away being that it was my first made to order jacket and all that about 1 month of owning and have already placed orders for others it developed a weird stain it was like a dark brown or orange I had emailed them about it to see if they could do a swap out of the yoke I was willing to cover the cost and there reply was something like natural leather is not for the faint at heart so I found Jl leathers and they took care of it since then have done about 5 custom jackets with Jl leathers in a way I’m glad it happened this way because I love JL

17 months.

I am happy to report that this one is still a staple in the rotation.
It’s true, I don’t wear it so often any more, but I never really forget about it. I’ve lost a few kilos lately, so it fits perfectly over a light merino pullover etc. Good enough, even in colder temps, for a quick dash outside or a drive to the supermarket.

Evolution has reached its peak, IMO. Well broken in and soft, with a beautiful caramel colour, without any pink undertones whatsoever.

2 years.

I missed the birthday post by three weeks, but here it comes.
Still gets regular wear, especially on days like today when it’s humid and I don’t want the burden of a jacket but some protection against the drizzle.
That Shacket-thing works. Who knew…

Beautiful color! Not sure how you have the time to rotate and wear your collection of natural leather jackets. I can’t even imagine owning more than one natural leather jacket, I prob wouldn’t be able to choose which one to wear.

A bit like with music really. You have your favourites and listen to them all the time. Sooner or later something else comes along.
And the you re-discover something that wasn´t on your radar for some time.

I don´t have a specific rotation. Just try to have a löeather jacket with me, everywhere I go.

Thanks. It looks a bit more rugged IRL. I don´t consciously use filters, but somehow the iPhone glosses over all those little stains, blemishes, colour-varoiations...

These all look great!

Wish I had grabbed one of these before IH made a revised version. If the horse is too stiff for ya, or anyone ever wants to part with a size Large, let me know!

Do you have any intel what IH revised specifically?

I understand that mine has Already been modified from the first run in that the shoulders are a bit wider.
For me the ratio. Of shoulders and chest (very slim) and torso/waist (rather generous) is still somewhat off. It doesn’t bother me, but then I went for a fit with a bit of wriggle-room to begin with.
