Thanks! It certainly feels ******-proof. Still breaking it in, but I don’t think that beast will ever be completely tamed!Super nice LW Type III - looks like it's ******-proof!

John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. I hope you took a pic of it out-of-the-box. Always worth revisiting to see how much you tamed it.Thanks! It certainly feels ******-proof. Still breaking it in, but I don’t think that beast will ever be completely tamed!
The two Aeros are my favourites. At least in these pictures.Got my action-back Aero CR back from re-lining in Poland today.
Not sure about the lining they used. It's on the soft and rather thinner side, even has some stretch to it.
We shall see how it holds up - for now some kind of lining is much better than no lining at all.
Here's a couple of shots that I took to compare the fit side by side with my other jackets while wearing a t-shirt + medium thickness wool sweater.
Rugged West J-24 style "Rugged Rider 3.0 / III" in tea-core steerhide - only really works with a t-shirt due to the very slim sleeves. Good for warm weather.
Aero CR with an action back in black CXL FQHH - definitely my widest jacket in the mid/upper body, but that makes it very very comfortable when layered up. I'd prefer slightly longer sleeves, but this length is acceptable.
Vanson model E / Highwayman in extra stiff competition weight - comfortably roomy upper and mid sleeves, tight cuffs, comfortably tight mid and lower torso, nice and roomy upper back. My best fitting jacket in my own opinion. Both in terms of looks and comfort. Wish the back and sleeves were a bit shorter though.
Aero Hooch Hauler in brown CXL FQHH - not very good forward reaching mobility and not the widest sleeves for layering, but very nice and flattering short body length and width.
That's the current lineup / stable. Octagon Vanson B inbound.

I know it's not the fit check thread, but I think the other way around, with the Type III open may look better. Think I've seen some other lounger doing something similar.Trying things out, Type 3 with Shackleton on top.
Kind of makes it a two tone.

Bridgeport, the new mecca of Japanese denim! Not quite jacket weather here in Chicago but this IH Wabash shirt makes a nice shacket. These are too heavy for shirts IMO. I like the Levi’s Barstow westerns best for denim shirts, the IH makes a wonderful in between piece though.

I really should get the Cubby blue one as I fear the black and white might be misunderstood and paint me as a White Sox sympathizer.
