My Schott 519 in Brown – Thoughts, Fit, and My Growing Collection

613SH in size 38
603US in size 38
619 in size S

I could barely zip up 519 in size S. Size M fits better but it's way too long.

So I am puzzled by OP's situation that they found 519 to be bigger than other comparable Schott corresponding sized jackets.

My experience is that it's the contrary.

Lastly, what's up with the endless repeated shots of different parts of the jacket in the video? That video needs to be 90% shorter and even better without those music, IMO.

damn I have to quit being so lazy and go to the Schott store in NYC and try out different style sizes.

I thought you got that from the Schott factory sale in Union Nj, and saw the jacket first and was like wow this is the stuff they drag out to sale!

I ‘m a noob to all this and like this kind of post, maybe I can be one of those snipe assassins, measurements memorized, ready to pounce on that vintage deal, while people like me are pondering if it’s a quality purchase.

I tried on the 519 at the factory sale but decided to pass as S is too tight and M is too long.

I did pick up the 619 and 603US with significant discount though.

Yeah I passed on the factory sale in Union NJ past weekend. Is this where you got it from I assumed you got it online.

Didn’t know they had this there. Saw this jacket in Franklin and Poe very nice.
