Just like other classified posts haha, could you share the chest pit to pit, shoulder, back length, and sleeve length measurements? The usual rule of thumb for selling here is to include those four measurements. Thanks a lot!

Thanks! I was really hoping it would be my size since I checked Greg’s website and the size medium looks like it would fit me perfectly. However, based on your photos, it is much smaller than what he advertised. That is why asking for measurements is important. I would buy it right away if the size matched what was listed on the website, but this one is just too small for me. Great jacket, good luck with the sale.

Thanks for looking! And thats also why im trying to sale it, The size chart he gave indicates the medium would fit perfectly for my wife.. but it ended up being to small for her. Maybe they sent me a small by mistake since the measurements match up closer to that

Based on the photo you provided, it seems he clearly sent you a small instead of a medium. Greg seems to be an honest guy and he has a good reputation here. I believe that if you send him your photos, he will try to make it right by either altering it, remaking a new one, or sending you another one if he still has it. By doing that, you might save some money instead of selling it at a discounted price.

Does the jacket actually have a tag that says size medium anywhere on it? It does seem a little small to be what he has labeled as a medium. I’m a small 40R suit size. My chest is 20, my shoulders are 17.5, so I think this should actually fit me. If he doesn’t offer you an exchange let me know I could still possibly make this work.

I’d say that’s something the seller should have disclosed up front

I did not contact the seller, I assumed final sale and that it was my own fault for not asking. The jacket still smells oddly strong of cigarettes. Like almost as though he smoked a cigar or left it in a smoking lounge in it or something. So bad that even after I took the jacket off my girlfriend asked me why I stunk like an ashtray. I’ve tried spraying with a light alcohol mix, leaving it outside multiple days and it isn’t really helping. I would say moving forward, avoid buying from cbass unless you are okay with jackets that are permanently going to smell of tobacco smoke. Which is why he never contacted Greg Field to try and return the jacket. Nobody would give you money back after you smoked in it like he did. I feel a bit deceived. Be warned TFL.
