Measurement:
shoulder seam to shoulder seam 50cm/19.7inch
chest between armpit to armpit 56cm/22inch
sleeve length from shoulder seam straight down to cuff 63.5cm/25inch
back length from neck seam to hem 78cm/30.7inch
Note: due to lower armpit position and larger armhole, the chest measurement of 22inch appears smaller than most size 42. It is indeed as large as a regular 42. Don't be deceived by the armpit to armpit measurement.
