Aero Half Belt Deluxe Sizing

Hi,
I measured my chest circumference at 41 inches over a T-shirt.
What size Aero Leather Half Belt Deluxe would you recommend? I'd like to be able to wear a thicker sweater underneath it sometimes.
For example in my Highwayman iam wearing a size 40.
