I’ve heard an E on this last fits like a D, any insights on the width or how other boots fit you?

For reference they fit me perfect I am
A 9.5 in a sneaker ( Nike adidas etc)
a 9 in converse chucks and an 8.5 in red wing iron rangers also a 9 in Thursday boots

I know, Wesco and others have said that. But, I can say from experience, I’ve own both D width and E width- I really didn’t notice any difference in the width.

Hi, Is the shaft on this one are not as narrow as some of the other collabs? I have the S&S Maryam natural Mister Lou and the shaft looks slimmer.

I have 3 other Mr Lou’s the shaft is the same on all 3 after a wear or two the shaft isn’t as stiff and straight as it is out of the box but 100% the same width
Others that have these boots can confirm
I’ll try and snap a pic of this one next to one of my others later

Here it is next to my brown horsehide Mr Lou which has only been worn inside to break in the brown one is stiffer and less heel slouch from not wearing out this give it a slimmer look but it’s the same, a few wears out and the brown one will slouch and not look as straight
Both boots are buckled on the same shaft hole

Do you find the waxed Olive Petrolio leather softer than your other boots? Like the shaft area.

I tried on both D and E width in the shop vancouver, i could tell a difference, i went with the D.

Yes softer than the brown horse for sure and a ton softer than the pair I just picked up from Franklin & Poe they are the Raven all black including hardware and stitching i actually pulled my back taking them off ! lol
