Straight fit heavyweight from Samurai. Nice alternative to IH, softer and more forgiving than their 25oz varieties. Some cool detailing like Samurai's on the pocket bags. I had these cuffed so were not hemmed.

8.5 to 8.75” on the 25oz. If you meant the ecru pair let me know, will have to measure

Also there is small seam separation on the right pocket bag on the 25oz Samurai. Does not impact use of pocket bag at all but found and wanted to disclose.
