Just picked these up and boy do they need a cleaning. Other than that I need to let them out and hem them up. Even has the matching fabric belt.

Went antiquing today to get out of the house and found a few things. Wasn’t planning to shop but you know that goes sometimes. Anyhow went to a house building recycle type place and found three 30-40’s ish lamp fixtures. One still even has the original UL tag in it. Then went to an antique...

You will have to go to either a mobile home repair place or a vintage stove place to get parts. Fortunately, they are easy to work on. Mike

    What to do in England

I would love to go outside of London (where we are staying) but with only a week to visit things...I will have to see if I can swing a new hat or clothes....Oh, and Pubs are going to be high on the list.

    Vintage refrigerator parts

Thanks Driver, the only real 'issue' I would have is the refrigerant in the Monitor Tops. But If I can grab one close by I may just do that.

Lizzie, do you know anything about the late 30's Frigidaire's? We may go look at one this weekend. Says it works and outside of missing a shelf and drip tray it looks good.

    Vintage refrigerator parts

Hello, the wife and I are considering a second fridge for the holidays due to guest coming over. What parts are out there for 30-50's Fridges like shelves, gaskets etc.? I know the original 'freon' is poisonous if it leaks-one reason it will stay in the garage. Thanks, Mike

The wife scored big time at the antique store yesterday. Anyone know anything about the era rings-as in date range, maker etc.? The purse is obviously from the 20’s and is missing some tassels but is really in great shape.
