I get they are not exactly the same, but often these coats don't come with a sizing label - I wear a 42R (so a 39 or 40 is too small, but thanks).

I have done "golden era" military living history for a number of years and know what I would have carried for id, money, etc. But I just started pulling together a U.S. 1930s civilian get-up and I'm not sure what I would have carried in my wallet, e.g. what type of id, photos...
Thanks Gingerella for the info! I already listen to Cladrite Radio (and love it), but now I find myself in a dilemma, I want to listen to both stations at the same time. They both offer some great listening pleasure.

what "type" of Ike jacket are you making? The photos that John posted are not of an "issued" Ike, but of a private-made officer's Ike. There are a few versions of the jacket before it became standardized and then it changed again after the war. There are even versions of guys...
