I just spoke with Red Devil, and he said it was okay to post photos of the jacket I just made for him.
The leather we used was Vanilla Bison 3.5oz. We made two removable collars one in off white shearling and the other collar is Lynx.
I purchased my first leather suede roughout pant form East West Musical Instruments Co. in the early seventies.
There shop was on 17th and Valancia Street. I have reproduced some of their styles over the last few years as well as one I just completed.
We made jackets for Hard On Leather and many other leather shops in the bay area for many years.

This style is called an M-130 and dates to around the 80s. We still make this style as it always has been popular. It looks like 3oz. cowhide that we called redwood and appears to be in very god condition. I hope this helps.
A few gator jackets we have made over the years. The black gator was made for a motorcyclist with shoulder, elbow and back armour. He also is a gator hunter in Texas.
