If you're looking for some pointers to get started with safety razor shaving, I did a post a while back ago on my blog about it. How To Shave Like Your Grandpa Like others have mentioned, there's a learning curve, but once you get past the first few nicks, you're good to go.

I've been meaning to get a new pair of Chuck's. The last time I bought a pair was in 2000. They cost me about $25. When I went to the store recently, I saw they're going for $50 and even $60! What happened?! I blame it completely on smug hipsters increasing the demand for Chucks. Damn you hipsters!

Man, oh man do I want a pair of these shoes. These shoes look fantastic, but many are a bit out of my price range. Maybe they can be a Christmas present.

Great looking tie! I'm going up to Vermont in two weeks. I'll have to see if I can swing by the factory for a tour and picke up tie in the process!

I'm an old fart and can't stand huge crowds at movies. I'll be going to the see film in the next week or two. Definitely looking forward to it!
