Just adding that I have spoken to Aero, and it seems that despite my best efforts I was not measuring the sleeves correctly, and they are as specified. I have to put that down to my own lack of expertise, as I had measured other jackets I already own to inform the sleeve length, and evidently...

This is meant to be the tumbled version of the CXL HH (it looks very much like the non-tumbled version in their pictures, and going from my non-tumbled Highwayman) and is the KOTR model but with a fixed mouton collar.
