So how far off is a fedora from a traditional cowboy hat? Hope this hasn't been rehashed a thousand times, but I can't find much. I feel like I'm swimming in a Stetsonian, I can't imagine if I'm wearing a 3"+ brim.

I was just looking at the Gus crease @Rmccamey, that makes sense to me! Keeps a bit of the fedora vibe but the sides run longer like a cowboy style.

@Bouwerij_Jongen, late to respond, but I'm sincerely sorry for the losses of your friends and family. Willamette and Cascade valley are legendary for their hops, of course, so I can't imagine what the scene looks like today. Hope you and your family are safe and healthy in these troubled times.
