Hey Edward, sorry for all the questions. I have a Wested in the Last Crusade in size 48, which still seems a bit small. However it's made from regular leather, not Lamb. The dimensions are the same exact as you posted for your Tod. Does your jacket fit pretty true to a 46 with plenty of room...
