hat stiffener i recently bought 2 pork-pies, a nice fur felt for "going out on the town" and a cheaper wool felt for everyday knockin' around. the cheaper hat is not going to keep it's shape very long i can tell already, so.... can anyone suggest a good hat stiffener? i hear they sell a spray...

seems that that too, depends. i measured my head 3 times and came up with 7 1/2. but the 7 1/2 i ordered was too big, so the new one is 7 3/8, which fits fine. my old fitted ball-cap is a 7 5/8 and IT fits fine too, so, the ol' noggin is somewhere in that range.
