Thanks for this. I guess Hats by the Hundred got a different deal/or interpret it differently. I'm in the US and when I reached out to them the other week about placing a phone order rather than an online order like I have previously they said they couldn't do that either.

Hats by the Hundred confirmed that they can't do a phone order either. Referred me to Akubra for overseas stockists.

Hats by the Hundred were having a sale too, but we were traveling over the holidays so I held off. Kicks self.

Wish I had! Asked if they'll do a phone order but haven't heard back yet.

Just got an email back from Hats by the Hundred and they are only able to sell in retail stores. Went to the Akubra site and they don't appear to have an online option either at this point. So the new owners flip the switch in the New Year and effectively revert to pre-2000 retail.

Damnit. I was about to purchase two more and the holiday travel intervened.

Trying to resist the urge to go check it out. Who am I kidding - resistance is futile.

Mine is nicely made as well and I like the lightness of the felt, but I have never loved it. It has always fit looser than the other hats I have by him, despite his attempts to resize it. As such, I rarely wear mine.
