What do I do with short hair?
My hair is thinning and fine (damn heredity), and I keep it short so it doesn't look so thin. . . Any ideas on what I can do to get a 40's look with not much hair??? Thanks- GracieRose

Wanted - Navy Wave Uniform and hat - -
