Could be stress
Hi there, hope you don't mind a newbie to this forum throwing out a possibility. I once had similar symptoms (sans chapeau) and thought I was having a heart attack (at 32!).
I went to the doctor, they ran some tests, and the doctor asked me what was going on in my life...
