I would like to have the field desk for reenacting. I portray a war correspondent from the Chicago Tribune. I don't think it needs to be according to military specs, since everything else us female warcos had was second hand. :) I'm just wanting something I can set up my impression in and around...

I've been doing a lot of searching online to see if there was anywhere I could find tips on building a field desk. I haven't found anything. You gentlemen seem to know your stuff, so I wonder if anyone has seen or heard anything about building your own field desk?

I might be using too big of sections. We'll see! I may try the tights thing too. :) Hopefully I can pick up some setting lotion this weekend.

I've been looking at the thread, and can't seem to find an answer to my question. How do you preserve the pin curls at night when you sleep? Mine just kind of get matted and tangled, even when I put them up in a scarf at night. Would the setting lotion help solve this issue, or am I doing...
