I was looking at baby wipes to clean my Panama hat. They all seem to have things in them that I am afraid will adversely affect my hat. Any help on finding the right baby wipes for my straw hat would be greatly appreciated.

I like a bigger brim, around 2.5 to 3 inches. On ebay, what makes of hats should I be looking for. Any to stay away from? There is a hat shop in Gettysburg, he makes historic hats and I need to see if he can clean and refurbish an old hat before I buy one.

Sorry to hear your story about ebay. Now think how I feel, I have NO hat smarts, lol. I love looking at all the hats and one day I will find a hat in my size 6 7/8 and will pull the trigger. When I do I will post photos of it here.

I have my new Stetson Forty-Eight Panama hat on. Just bought it for my birthday. I love it. I'm not hat savvy, so no idea if it is a good one or not. I like it so I will not worry about the rest. What are the best products to keep it looking new?
