Finally went and had my Middy trimmed and decided on 7in (6 was just a tad short for me last time) and I am all swoony over my hair again. I posted a review on my blog of Wildilocks - the Melbourne hair salon I had it cut at -...
A gem from one of my vintage charm books - Self Defence for the Vintage Lady https://missfairchildscharmschool.wordpress.com/2013/10/17/self-defence-for-the-vintage-lady/
I did a blog post recently on how wearing vintage changed me - https://missfairchildscharmschool.wordpress.com/2013/10/07/how-wearing-vintage-changed-me/
That's what I thought - but it didn't feel like a cliffhanger normally does...if that makes sense.
It didn't feel like a cliffhanger, but it didn't seem resolved either. That's what made it feel like an odd ending to me.
I loved it - but felt like there should have been more story at the end? But maybe they were setting it up for later on? It seemed like it just sort of ended...it didn't seem to wrap up as nicely. I don't know. It was still wonderful. Can't wait for next week.
I just made my 100th post - and have a huge competition running with lots of goodies for those who want a bit more vintage glamour in their lives!

After a long blogging hiatus due to illness/tafe theory assignments/hubby injuring his back/sick kids/surgery and a million other things in between I am back and blogging about my philosophy on loving and wearing vintage clothing...
My latest blog post is filled with news and lots of lovely Melbourne vintage ladies (we met for afternoon tea at a tea room that has been open since 1892).

Welcome everyone!
KoreRenati I just wanted to say, as someone who also has a chronic illness...and is larger and has trouble finding vintage, welcome back. You sound like you are going through a really rough time and I just wanted to send some (((hugs))) your way.
