It does have an elastic loop on the collar just like the Becks. Schott is usually is leather.

I’m thinking it is a Beck. Identical, except for all missing parts. It was a killer deal! $50! Leather has great patina and is soft and pliable.

Price was right on these, couldn’t help myself. 1st. One no clue on maker, older Talon zips. 2nd. Brooks. 3rd. Perfecto style with Talon zips, maybe a Beck.
