OK, this may be a dumb question, but I have a Ralph Lauren raincoat and on the belt there are two buttons with a strap that connects to the button on each end. I cannot figure out what it is for. Can someone help me?

You can get them custom made at Magnoli's site. If you sign up for an account you can put in all your foot measurements and they are made to your specifications. Pretty awesome, I just ordered a second pair for the office, dark brown. I'll post them when they arrive.
