A decent Dobbs Twenty in gray arrived today. It's not perfect but is in good condition. It appears to be a bit of a vintage Dobbs.

The gray Borsalino arrived today from the previous post #9752. Compared to the Cavanagh I am wearing, the Borsalino feels much stiffer, but holds its shape much better. Here are the additional pictures requested of the inside of the newly arrived Borsalino, but it doesn't look like the pictures...

This Cavanagh trilby with a frayed edge bow and Cavanagh Edge arrived in the mail today. Though the tag indicates the Cavanagh is size 7 1/4, it measures out at 56.5 mm instead of 58 mm on the hat gauge. The brim is a bit narrower than anticipated as well... That said it's a nice hat in medium...

Another inexpensive Dobbs, a Veluna, in Tobacco Brown arrived today. This one has a "Guild Edge". The composition seems to be made of average felt. Like the other one, this Veluna doesn't appear to be very vintage.

An inexpensive slate color Dobbs Hunter MT arrived today. It's in decent clean shape and made of some type of extremely soft fur. Please accept apologies for terrible pictures. Not sure of age, type of fur, etc.

I am in the process of ordering a couple of hats, and someone in the home asked, "How many hats is too many hats?" It seems as though you folks can offer an unbiased opinion on the matter.

Thank you for your clarification of age. Previous to posting the picture, I had read in the forum a post by Bedsor who stated he worked in a hat store for decades. He indicated the writing in Italian, Antica Casa, more or less meant a hat was made likely in the mid 1980's or later. He indicated...

I am looking at a "vintage" Borsalino hat and wonder if any of you may be able to tell an approximate date from the photo the seller sent. He has it dated back to the 1940's but that doesn't seem accurate based upon what information members in here have provided; but there is an outside chance...
