Yes, it depends how you measure them. If I do a straight line (no curve) from the seam to the end I get 25", but round the elbow curve is 27". I know I can't have anything less than 26", and they fit me with a bit of sleeve to spare (I'm 6'2" tall). The official size chart puts them at 65.5cm...
