I’ve got a few pairs of Tricker country boots (all have had funky resoles), but my go to are a pair of Tricker chukka boots, they came with a crepe sole which always looked grubby, now on Vibram gumlite sole which is very comfy.

I spent a couple of years in Riyadh (many years ago), we’d be out in shorts (Frowned upon by the locals) and tee shirts, the locals would be wrapped up like it was about to snow, I guess it depends on what you’re used to
