Today as most days during summer, I wore one of my Akubra Hayman's, but on Saturday i found a suit that i could wear with my Borsalino, I have been looking for quite a while and finaly got lucky at a retro clothes store near home.
The suit is a Stafford Ellinson, (Marcus) in dark grey pure wool...
I use foam head manequins tastefully spray painted and old Bobbins from spinning mills to hold my regulary worn hats and those on display rotation , they are used to decorate the front entrance of our home and easily grabbed on the way out of the front door , those not on display are kept in...

Today i have been wearing a very nice dark grey Huckell Fedora that i bought off Ebay . had to pad out the band a bit but the condition of the hat is far better than i was expecting.
I drive a 2000 model Subaru liberty Heritage that has been modified some what (because i like going very fast on twisty roads), and always wear a fedora whilst driving , i am also building a mildly cutomised 1964 Falcon hardtop for a more sedate ride. However i would love a 1950's Buick coupe...
