those last pics are pretty funny..but there are quite a lot of style icons today..just look at the celebrities..but of course they do have hired stylists.
I remember my father had a vintage Gruen in his collection given to him by his father (my grandfather). I had for a few years then later gave it to my older son. It was special. As for me, I prefer my Omega.
My work doesn't require me to wear suits but I do have in my collection:
