I can't speak for @Snowman, but I imagine it is the at the discretion of the seller, and possibly the ease of selling through the Lounge compared to the hassle of ebay. Some members will post here first to give loungers a chance at a better price. On TFL generally a deal is struck through PM, funds are exchanged through paypal or other similar platform and the hat is shipped.
