Hey dolls.... Was wondering if anyone knows how to salvage dried out lipstick? My Ruby Woo is so dried out that I can't even use it. It's only about 9 months old, and I really haven't worn it that much, also I live in AZ where it's really dry so I'm thinking between the neglect and the dry...- hotrodmama0201
