Weight loss options
I loathe jogging. I cannot stress how fast someone gets results from the kettlebell class -- although some places may call them bootcamp? I hate working out too -- I go for the most efficient :) -

It's been mentioned, but Pilate is fabulous. It will beautifully sculpt your body into a dancers shape. You do need to do it it regularly. However, I've been doing kettlebell classes for a few months. Wow, the most results I have EVER gotten from any workout. Sadly I only have time for once... -

I bought a vintage uniform off ebay. It was listed as a white waitress dress. It looks like the one on the right on the pattern, except with short sleeves. I seemed to find a few listed the same way.
