Decal Application tips?
If it is a decal it will crack and fall off. That is the right wing and star though.The lettering should be in white by the way and the typeface is the wrong size. If those are the ones with the straight wings ... don't. AAf shoulder meatballs should look exactly like this on a A-2. These are hand painted. The ones that Garcia sells are not like this I believe and have a different wing configuration. The other variation I have...- cheaterome

Calling A-2 detectives...
Rumble fish you got it..right as I posted this It's a Bronco... the shoulder seam is not underneath the epaulettes, like a united sheeplined which is the only other a-2 to have those pockets. Zipper is replaced at some time as well. Jerome- cheaterome

No..... a wise choice is always used on ebay. Be it an early Willis and Geiger A-2 or an early Avirex (when they gave a crap) any of these jackets could be had for like a $100.
