Five Star made a B-15D for me that was simply incredible. They produced the 1950’s silver-sage color material perfectly. I highly recommend them for their textile jackets (I also have a Navy 37J1, a B-10 and a B-15; all of them excellent reproductions).

Looks ok; however you could easily find a genuine Navy-issue A-2 deck jacket on eBay or in vintage clothing or Army-Navy stores. Many are in good/very good condition at very reasonable prices (except for the hard to find bigger sizes, XL or XXL).
I’ve been wearing this Five Star Monarch Horsehide A-2 the last few weeks at work and the grain is really popping. Heavy rain this morning helped the break-in and sleeve creasing. Very happy with this latest purchase!
This is also a CVC jacket (they made them in OD green and desert tan) and it does have the Velcro upper-back opening (not visible in the pics I posted). Great jacket!
