    Depending on the project usually the studio has permission to use images for promotional purposes. When I did my book of photographs from Gods and Generals I had permission from Warner Brothers, not the individual actors. I doubt the clothing makers got rights from the studio.

    Thanks for the comments, Yes that is a period headrest behind him, exposures are around 10 seconds. I have a 10' x10' skylight overhead. The camera is and original wet plate camera and lens from 1867. I'm lucky enough to make a living doing something I love.

    Indy hat post em up

    Its my 5 lb. Yorkie. Photo is not altered in Photoshop. I dropped by a friends hat store in Gettysburg the other day, they had the pint size hat sent to them as a sample. I had to borrow it and post some pics.
