    Scammer Alert

Yeah, people with no previous posts on the site will contact you and say their friend (who is not a site member) has what you want to buy, etc. They might as well be a Nigerian Prince. Pretty gullible to transact with anyone this way.

Is there a way to safely soften vintage stiff leather jackets?

But you want the jacket to be squeaky...squeaky clean.

Your advice on Iron Heart Denim Type III jackets would be appreciated

I have the 21oz Non-Fade Denim Modified Type III Jacket - Superblack in XL. I originally bought it in size L, but the chest ended up being too small so sold it on eBay. I wouldnt really rely too much on the published measurements, it seems better to err towards getting something a half or 1"...

I bought this jacket and received it today. As advertised, nicely packaged, a very smooth transaction via FF PayPal. Excellent communication throughout. I recommend Kalmer as a seller. Cheers.

I'm in your exact same situation. Did you ever secure a zipper? If so, can you share the source?

    Ok guys, need your input

Loved working with JL. For sizing he sent me a cloth jacket pieced together to test the measurements I sent to see how the jacket would fit. It was a great process since the end result was a perfect fit. It's fun building a jacket like you're doing from scratch. Enjoy!

My first Aero CXFQHH - fit and a few questions

Nice jacket. My experience: If you wear the jacket, say, once a week for a few hours, it will take years before the jacket 'breaks in'. I've had an Aero Barnstormer in CXL Horsehide for seven years and it STILL is not broken in. I recommend you wear the jacket as much as possible for as long...

    FS: Lost Worlds J.A. Dubow B-3 (40)

I guess that's a risk of buying something off a site newbie. I'd only feel comfortable buying something from someone who has a) been on this site a while, and b) has a good reputation on the site as well. I can say that but if something you really want becomes available 'out of the blue', it's...

My Aero Board Race/Seven Fit Pics

Agree with your assessment: shoulders and chest fit looks good, arms and body are too long. Shortening the body and arms are standard adjustments. Looking forward to seeing your customized jacket.

Lost World's Ryder Jacket, Black, Size 42

Bought this jacket from eBay a while ago, but it is too long in the body and sleeves for me to wear. Almost new condition, horsehide is still stiff and could use some breaking in, etc. Thought someone on the Forum might be interested. Measurements, etc., are included in the eBay...
