    Aero v Eastman A2s: which leather more characterful?

    I've had a seal jerk aero a-2 for 3 years now. In my opinion aero leather quality is poor. The jacket looks more worn out then broken in considering how little I've worn it. I would recommend eastman.

    My US a a-2 looks as new as the day I took it out of the box 5 years ago. It won't get any kind of patina or wear with age. So yes it will look new forever.

    I wouldn't think twice to pay $500-600 for a GW. One with little mistakes seems more authentic in my mind.

    I bought one. The leather was good but the shearling was terrible. It was very bristley and looked nothing like the pictures. I sent it back.
