    Suspenders

Thanks for that link, sir. Some gorgeous trousers there. Looks like my size (28) requires a special order. It's nice to see that they offer that. It's often hard to find nice clothes in slimmer sizes.

    Suspenders

Thanks for all the great info. I knew I would find some good leads from you guys. I guess my next question is...who still makes nice vintage styled trousers with suspender buttons?

    Suspenders

G'day all! Lately, I've been really want to get a nice pair of trousers with vintage styled suspenders. Similar to what Andrew Garfield wore in Hacksaw Ridge. Seems almost impossible to find anything locally. Any recommendations on where to start looking? Just a picture to give you an idea...

    Epic Militaria Service Shoes

Feet Up! The Work Boot Thread

A nice boot from the USSR. Got these for a great price. It's hard to tell in the picture, but they have a Cordovan tint to them. For me, they were the closest I could get to WWII USMC Cordovan boots without getting them from WWII Impressions, which are too pricey for me right now.

Feet Up! The Work Boot Thread

SM Wholesale Service Shoes. These are nice boots, but not as nice as I hoped for. Maybe my expectations were a little too high. Had to replace the laces with the ones pictured as the originals were ugly.

These came in the mail today. Vintage Dan Post boots. Nicely broken in and fit perfectly. Very comfortable. They fit very nicely with some jeans I own.

Why did we make ourselves into walking advertisements?

Camo utilities and military items are great. I collect a lot of military items, specifically USMC. It is great for outdoor activities. Digital woodland is nice. Desert MARPAT being my favourite. I should have been clearer in my statement. When I refer to the camo clothing that really gets to...

    What Are You Reading

Tonight, I will be snuggling up and reading "August 2026: There Will Come Soft Rains", a short story by Ray Bradbury published in 1950. I read this story a few years ago and loved it but had since forgotten it's title. Finally, I went searching and found it. Very excited to read this tonight.

Why did we make ourselves into walking advertisements?

I can admit to wearing a large array of graphic t shirts through most of my teenage days, all of them relating to a strong interest of mine. At the time, I was never fashion savvy and just wore whatever appealed to my interests. Since I turned 20, I have gotten rid of all graphic tees and see...
