The longer I follow the loungers the smaller and smaller my resistance to any type of restraint on my part.
Fedora Lounge ....may its force sustain you to continue elevation of hatwear.

Thank you......
I agree, once the big swoop was tamed the look was improved.
I did get it totally flat.....was not a good look at all......when I put it on, was like wearing a snap back ball cap.

As an owner of the Adventurer in Moonshine and the Bushman in Tan....both I wear often but they are very different presentations.
The Bushman (I made the crease telescope with small, wide spaced dents) I wear everyday morning and evening on dogs walks, I found that it keeps the head warmer...
I have been binge watching the TNT show "The Alienist" and have seen some hats that I would appreciate knowing what style they are.
Therefore I ask 2 questions
1. What is the general style differences of a Homberg and Lord's hat?
2. What is the general style differences of a Derby and Bowler...
Thank you steve1857.....I went down to Portland and met Michael......very pleasent man. He was also kind enough to re-flange a Sterkowski I managed to flatten.

Now I will have to wait a few more weeks to get it......

All of this is great.....I do remember coming across the thread of making blocks and flanges with foam in a bag.....I have sketched out the dimension I will need...for the top, ring and height.
I was discussing this with a co-worker on creating a shell with a 3D printer...line it with shrink...
