Unfortunately, I do not have any before/after pics. I've never tested on leather. I've spilled this material on many things without issue (I wiped up/off the spills). First post and new to the forum. I'm the type of person who is willing to take a methodical plunge if I want to change or alter something - in your case shiny nickel hardware on a nice jacket. I have fair amount of experience modifying copper or brass to age or patina (not on jacket hardware)...- Builder65
