MILWAUKEE — With a film about John Dillinger hitting theaters, Wisconsin bankers and law enforcement officials are launching a campaign designed to deter bank holdups.
The movie "Public Enemies" follows the life of the notorious bank robber.

There are so many nice pictures posted here, but finding that certain "one" can be difficult. And the images on the different vendors sites rarely give an accurate depiction of what the hats look like on a real head. It would be really nice to have a gallery that is searchable by name or type so...
I walked out of a building today and a gust of wind took my hat off. I spun around to find it, but it was nowhere to be seen. The wind had picked it up like a kite and blown it about 20' in the air. It was really sailing! I was afraid it was going to land on a roof somewhere. At least it was...

I've seen other threads that tell who made the hat, etc., but I'm wondering what currently available production hat most closely resembles Costner's hat? Brim and crown dimensions, color, style of bash, you know. I know about the custom hat makers, but I'm looking for something a little more...
I went to the library today and checked out a bunch of movies based solely on their "hat appeal." Vertigo, The Man Who Wasn't There, The Untouchables, Miller's Crossing, etc.
I used to be normal.
Do any of you wear hats because of lack of hair, either because of vanity or to ward off the effects of the sun? Or is fashion/image your primary reason?
